Class Booking Terms

Booking, attending and safety in a workshop.

1. Booking

A seat is held for a short time while you pay, then released if payment does not arrive. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and you see your booking reference. Keep it. The price shown is per person and in Singapore dollars. If you book for several people, you are responsible for telling them these terms.

2. Before you come

Age and level: each class page says who it is for. A child under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the whole class, who is responsible for them. A child who wants to take part must be booked and paid for; otherwise they may sit to the side and observe.
Health: tell us in advance about any health condition, allergy or disability that may affect you, so we can help.
What to bring and wear: the class page says. Closed shoes may be needed near tools and hot equipment.

3. On the day

Please arrive on time. We may refuse late arrivals if they would disrupt the class or make it unsafe, and no refund applies. Follow staff instructions, use tools and equipment only as shown, and keep the workspace tidy. We may ask you to leave, without a refund, if you act unsafely or disruptively.

4. Safety and risk

Workshops use tools, hot parts and moving machines. You take part at your own risk. We take reasonable care, including briefing you and supervising use of equipment, but we are not liable for injury or loss, however it arises, other than liability that the law does not let us exclude. You are responsible for your own belongings.

5. What you make

You own the physical item you make in class. Class materials, handouts, designs and instruction remain ours and may not be copied or taught onward for commercial use without written permission.

6. Photos and recording

We may take photos or video during classes for the studio's website and social media. Tell us at the start if you do not want to appear, and we will leave you out. Please do not record other participants without their agreement.

7. Changes by us

We may change the instructor, venue or time for good reason, and will tell you. If we cancel or the change does not suit you, the Cancellation and Refund Policy says what you can have.
