Print on Demand Partner Terms
1. Who this is for
These terms apply to a business or person ("partner") who hosts designs or products with us and has us make and fulfil orders. They are in addition to the Terms of Use.
2. Becoming a partner
You apply through the website. We may accept or decline an application, and may end a partnership at any time under section 10. You must give accurate business details.
3. Your designs
You promise that you own the designs you upload, or have a licence that lets you give them to us on these terms, and that making and selling them will not infringe anyone's rights. You keep ownership of your designs. You give us a non-exclusive licence to store them, print them, show them in your listing and use them as needed to run the service. We may remove a design we think infringes rights or breaks the rules in the Terms of Use.
4. Approval
Each design version is reviewed by us before it goes on sale. Approval is not a promise that a design is lawful, safe or original.
5. Orders and fulfilment
When a customer orders one of your products we make and ship it. We may delay or refuse an order we cannot make well. Customer-facing refunds and replacements follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Pricing, commission and payouts
Prices, our commission, whether we invoice you or pay you, and the timing of any payment are set out in your signed partner agreement or the rate card the studio gives you, and apply to your orders. Where we invoice you, you can see issued invoices in the partner portal.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for your own taxes.
8. Customer data
You may see customer details only so far as needed to deal with an order, and must use them only for that, in line with the PDPA and our Privacy Policy.
9. Confidentiality
Keep non-public information about the studio, its prices and its systems confidential.
10. Ending
Either of us may end the partnership by written notice of 30 days. We may end it at once for serious breach, for infringing content or for misuse. Orders already paid for are completed or refunded. Sections that by nature continue (ownership, licence for existing orders, liability, confidentiality) continue.
11. Liability
The limits in the Terms of Use apply. You will cover our costs and losses, including reasonable legal fees, from any claim that a design you provide infringes someone's rights, and from your breach of these terms.
12. Law
Singapore law applies, as set out in the Terms of Use.
