Who owns what, and what is reserved.

1. Copyright

Copyright © ALT TAB SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.. All rights reserved. The website and everything on it, including text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, class materials, designs, software, data and the way they are arranged, are owned by us or used under licence. They are protected by the Copyright Act 2021 of Singapore and by international law.

2. Rights reserved

All rights not expressly given to you in writing are reserved. "Innovative Design Studio by ALT TAB", the studio's logo and its other marks are ours or our licensors'. Other names and logos, including those of partners and suppliers shown on the website, belong to their owners and are used to identify them, not to suggest endorsement.

3. What you may do

You may view the website, and print or save a copy of a page for your own personal, non-commercial use, including a copy of your own order, quote or invoice. You may share a link to a page.

4. What you may not do

Without our written permission you may not:

  • copy, publish, sell, rent, licence, adapt or distribute the website or its content;
  • use our name, logo or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product;
  • copy class materials or teach them to others for money;
  • use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect content or data from the website, except search engines as our robots file allows;
  • remove copyright or ownership notices.

5. Your files and prints

You keep your rights in your own designs and files. A print we make from your file belongs to you, but the print does not give you, or us, any right in a design that belongs to someone else. You are responsible for having the right to print a design. We do not grant you any right in third-party designs, characters, brands or logos by printing them.

6. Reporting an infringement

If you believe something on the website infringes your copyright or other rights, email [Contact email: set in the admin panel] with:

  • your name and contact details;
  • what the work is and where you hold rights in it;
  • where on the website it appears (a link or the order or part concerned);
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that your information is accurate;
  • your signature, which may be typed.

We will look into it promptly, and may remove or stop work on the content while we do. We may pass your notice to the person who uploaded the content. We may close the account of someone who repeatedly infringes.

7. Third-party content and open source

The website uses open-source software under its own licences. Those licences, and not this notice, govern that software.

8. Disclaimer

Content on the website is for general information and may be out of date. We do not promise it is complete or error-free. See the Terms of Use for the limits of our liability.
