Every material is priced per gram, so the price follows from how much material your part takes.
From the material your part really uses once it is sliced, including supports, purge and the purge tower. You see a price only after the slice is done.
We print in ALT TAB PLA, PLA Plus, Matte PLA, Silk PLA, Galaxy PLA, Gradient PLA, Marble PLA, Wood PLA, Carbon Fibre PLA, PETG, Marble PETG, Carbon Fibre PETG, Bambu PLA Basic, Bambu PLA Matte. PLA: The default. Easy, cheap, not for hot cars. PETG: Tougher and slightly flexible. Good for clips. Colours and price per gram are under the materials.
Yes, up to 4 colours in one file. Changing colour wastes material, and that is part of the price.

Supports are added by default, and you can turn them off in the options. Their material is in the price. They show in orange in the preview and are removed from the finished part.
Yes. You get an ID and we keep your file for 7 days. Saving does not order anything. Once you order, we keep the file.
At checkout when online payment is on. Otherwise keep your quote reference and we will contact you.
We reprint a failed print and tell you; how soon depends on our timeline. Colours on screen and in the preview are indicative.
If you sell the things you design, the print-on-demand side is a better fit: we hold the stock and invoice you monthly.
The shape needs a person to look at it before it is payable. It is a normal state, not a fault.
We do not think the model can be printed as it stands. “Not printable” is about the file, not about you or the idea: some walls are thinner than a nozzle, some meshes have holes, some parts are bigger than every machine we have. You get the specific reason and, where there is one, the fix. If a model is never printed, we will work it out with you directly. Payment gateway fees may still apply.
What we may ask you when we come back
Two things stop us showing a price, and neither one turns into a made-up number.
The model cannot be printed as it stands. The quote screen names the issue in plain words and offers a hand quote instead. The hand quote costs nothing.
The engine is not answering. Slicing needs a service outside this website. When it is busy or unreachable the price panel says so and offers a hand quote. It never shows an old price for a model nobody just sliced.
Tell us the part and what it has to do, by email, phone or the notes on a quote, and a person prices it and comes back to you. A model we could not price becomes a request in the studio's own queue, so it is held by somebody rather than lost in an inbox.
Colour never carries the meaning on its own; the word does. Quote the reference and the word when you ask us about a job.

We may refuse any model, and we will say why.
